Fast Track jobs require all of the professionals be assembled during pre-construction. Under this approach the build expert undertakes total project development and construction and must be the point person leading the team of architects, designers and engineers.

The reduction in time will differ from project to project. The complexities of individual projects, the size and type of project, the weather during construction, and the ability to meet project schedules all have a bearing on total project time. Building quickly requires a massive amount of pre-planning, scheduling and labor; therefore, we charge a premium.
